Internationalization and International Cooperation event block under the programme of Russian Business Week in St. Petersburg started with business talk about coworkings.
On May 21, 2019 professionals of real estate market met in the Benua 1890 public space and discussed conditions of coworking market in St. Petersburg, investment and management challenges for developers and specificity of management in coworking spaces compared to classic offices. The event was organized by “Best” and “MTL.Upravlenie Nedvizhimostyu" company group with support of the Startup Connect project*.
The following representatives of real estate market in St. Petersburg participated in discussion: Nikolai Antonov - General Director in MTL - property management company, who told about the main trends in real estate market and the expectations of modern tenants and also Kirill Kovalev - Development Director of the largest Scandinavian startup hub Maria 01 in Helsinki, who shared his foreign experience in creating and developing one of the largest startup hubs in Europe.
Anya Sarkisyants - Chief Designer and Founder of Designic Studio told about the importance of space organization and design in smart offices and how this factors influence on successful interaction with tenants; Larisa Anikanova - General Director of Alcopa Project in St. Petersburg named the main trends of coworking transformation; Dmitry Zolin - Managing Partner of the Senator Business Center, told how local coworkings can compete with large international networks and Stanislav Bergman - the founder of SPACEPASS, described the main advantages of creating a unified IT-platform for coworking.
At the end of Business Talk, participants and representatives of the press were invited on excursion to the PAGE coworking which was recently opened in the public space “Benua 1890”, where Anya Sarkisyants presented a brand book of the future PAGE coworking network. The brand book was developed by Designic Studio.
